Over the past ten years of working experience on patent process management, Ms. Yinghui Zhao has handled a large number of patent cases at a leading IP firm in China and accumulated rich experience in practical process management of patent cases, especially for PCT Chinese national phase applications and applications through Paris Convention. After joining Fairsky, she has gained a wealth of experience in the field of patent export, PCT international patent application and domestic applications. Serving as the head of the Patent Process Team One, she is responsible for the overall supervision of foreign applications in the team. Her responsibilities include monitoring deadlines, documents, and fees involved in various stages from acknowledgement for new application, application submission, check and forwarding official notifications to grant, re-examination or invalidation, response to the enquiry on the quotation and formality matters, summarizing invoices, monitoring payments and subsequent follow-ups; regular tracking, summarizing and reporting status of cases to the clients, etc. She is skilled at preventing and promptly identifying problems that arise during case handling, sorting out and optimizing the full lifecycle process management of patents. She has participated in the Patent Process Business Capability Enhancement (Intermediate Level) training organized by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association and passed the intermediate level examination.
