Mr. LI came onboard Fairsky Law Office with substantial experience accumulated in the patent field. He graduated from Department of Electronics, Dresden University of Technology in Germany with a master’s degree in major of microelectronics in 2010. He also passed the CFA Secondary Examination during his study. Mr. Li started his IP career with a leading IP firm in China, where he passed patent bar in 2011. Throughout the years, he has handled a large number of patent application cases, covering technical fields such as semiconductor, chemistry, computer science, and mechanics. He has drafted and dealt with many complicated and difficult cases involving reexamination, invalidation and the like. In addition, he has provided legal opinions on patentability, validity of patent, FTO and other subjects for well-known enterprises home and abroad, especially some large enterprises in Germany. His excellent professional standards are generally recognized and praised by clients.
