With more than ten years of work experience, Ms. Ding has a complete experience in patent process management, covering from new filing to grant, reexamination, invalidation etc. Ms. Ding has worked at a leading IP firm in China for many years and accumulated rich experience from numerous cases. During over a decade of work experience, she has handled a large number of patent matters on foreign and PCT international patent applications, and is proficient in all aspects of patent procedure of domestic, import, and export patent applications, as well as various special procedures. She is adept at analyzing complex cases and proposing feasible solutions. Ms. Ding joined Fairsky Law Office in 2019 as a manager of process management department, participating in the recruitment and training of new team members, being responsible for organizing domestic and foreign filing teams to learn basic IP knowledge and cases analysis, conducting periodic assessments of work performance of team members, and providing guidance on difficult issues. In addition, she has been involved in the development and maintenance of patent filing systems and proposed requirements as well as feasible solutions. She has also participated in the business ability enhancement (advanced) training in patent procedure held by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association and passed the advanced level assessment.
