- Mr Zhang participated in the case of Pudu Pharmaceutical Company v. Renfu Pharmaceutical Company regarding the confirmation of generic drugs for ” Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets “.
- Mr Zhang participated in a series of cases involving centralized complaints from company operators, revocation arbitrations, and anti-monopoly litigation disputes of a pharmaceutical company in Beijing.
- Mr Zhang participated in a Suzhou pharmaceutical company and two natural persons in an invention-creation inventor and designer’s authorship dispute case.
- Mr Zhang participated in a foreign biopharmaceutical company’s lawsuit against a Hebei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for patent linking of pharmaceutical preparations. (under trial)
- Mr Zhang participated in a series of administrative litigation cases involving Purdue Pharmaceuticals and Humanwell Pharmaceuticals for patent invalidation of pharmaceutical preparations.
- Mr Zhang represented a chemical company in Jiangsu to respond to a foreign chemical company’s lawsuit against flame retardant product patent infringement disputes and invalidation cases.
- Mr Zhang represented a pharmaceutical company in Suzhou to request a biological company in Suzhou to apply patent invalidation in the preparation of drugs.
- Mr Zhang hosted a number of non-litigation projects: (1) FTO search and analysis of its rare earth material products; (2) Patent infringement comparison and analysis of pharmaceutical preparations of a pharmaceutical company; (3) Special gases of a large state-owned enterprise FTO search and analysis; (4) Comparative analysis of patent infringement on copper alloy products of a material company.
