Engaged in patent process work for nearly 10 years, Ms. Yang has rich practical experience in the patent process, especially expert at the complete application prosecution process of internal and external patent applications and PCT international patent applications. She has provided services for large central enterprises and many listed companies. After joining the Fairsky Law office, she has accumulated rich experience in the field of domestic and foreign internal and external patent applications. Combining internal and external application practice experience, she provides comprehensive and systematic services to clients. Currently, she is the head of the second foreign patent team of Fairsky and is responsible for the complete prosecution management and overall quality control of domestic and foreign patent applications of the second team. This includes acknowledging new applications, filing applications with CNIPA, forwarding official notifications, monitoring deadlines, inquiring affairs for foreign patent applications, answering questions for clients, and managing the whole prosecution of patent applications. In addition, she is also responsible for collecting and collating application information and status, as well as financial affairs. Furthermore, she also has the ability to identify and analyze problems, optimize patent processes according to the actual situation, and provide high-quality and meticulous services to clients. She has participated in the Patent Process Business Capability Enhancement (Intermediate Level) training organized by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association and passed the intermediate level examination.
