With over 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Chunyu (Helen) ZHAO has dedicated herself to the prosecution and litigation of trademark, copyright, and domain name matters since 2004. Before joining Fairsky, she worked with two major intellectual property firms in China, where she gained extensive experience. She excels in resolving trademark disputes through a combination of contentious and non-contentious methods. Ms. ZHAO has provided IP strategy advice to a diverse range of clients, including stated-owned companies, renowned wineries, top internet companies, and entertainment and media companies. Her ability to offer professional, meticulous, high-quality, comprehensive, and customized services has been repeatedly demonstrated in numerous complex cases, earning her the trust, recognition, and praise of her clients.
